Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound smoked turkey sausage, sliced into bite-sized rounds
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 2/3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 18 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1/2 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions:
- In a large rimmed skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sausage and brown on both sides. Add garlic and stir until golden, 20-30 seconds.
