My family recently attended a birthday party where the hostess served an ice cream cake. I couldn't remember the last time I had a slice of the tasty treat, and the thought of it had me daydreaming about how I could enjoy the delicacy more often. Thus, the idea of the single-serve ice cream cake was born.
Ingredients:
- Ice Cream Sandwiches (We used ice cream wheels for a traditional cake look)
- Frosting
- Cake toppings
Instructions:
- Frost your ice cream sandwich.
- Decorate with various cake toppings.
- Freeze your cake for ~30 minutes before serving.
