AllHealth Network's Family Care Connection Project can help support your family's mental health

AllHealth Network's Family Care Connection Project has heaps of free items to give away to school-age children and Douglas County and Arapahoe County families in need to help support mental health and relieve stress.

Available stress-relieving items include:

  • Yoga mats
  • Art supplies
  • Fidget toys
  • Thinking putty
  • Mindfulness activities
  • Gratitude journals
  • Fresh fruit
  • Cell phones
  • WiFi cards to access services
  • Lotion, vitamins, and self-care items

AllHealth Network can drop off these items at your front door or arrange for you to pick up at one of their offices.
