The Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder’s Office Elections Division is bringing back the ever-popular “I Voted” sticker contest.
Students in grades 1 through 12 from Arapahoe County public, private, and home schools are welcome to submit artwork for two new "I Voted" stickers and one new "Future Voter" sticker to be used in the 2023 and 2024 elections. The contest is divided into three categories based on grade level.
Who can enter?
- Grades 1-5 will compete to design “Future Voter” stickers which are handed out at vote centers and events throughout the year.
- Grades 6-8 will compete to design “I Voted” stickers included in mail ballot packets.
- Grades 9-12 will compete to design “I Voted” stickers included in mail ballot packets.
Rules
Use the provided design templates, linked below by grade level, to create your sticker.
- Elementary School students (grades 1-5)
- "Future Voter" sticker designs must be hand drawn.
- Middle and High School students (grades 6-12)
- "I Voted" sticker designs may be hand drawn or digitally designed.
What can they win?
Winners will be determined by popular vote in a democratic process within the Elections Division of the Arapahoe County Office.
The creator of the winning design will be featured in a County-issued press release and possible media coverage, and the department or class submitting the winning student’s design will receive a $100 gift card.
