Ana's Norwegian Bakeri is a little slice of Scandanavian heaven right here in Centennial, Colorado. Her delicious pastries and baked goods bring authentic flavors in the form of rolls, bread, and cake.
Our family has been following Ana's journey through home baking, farmers markets, and now a storefront which will celebrate with a grand opening on Saturday, July 10 from 8am to 2pm.

You'll want to try it all, but if you're looking for a treat or two to sample first, our favorites are the Rosin Bollers (sweet cardamom raisin rolls) and the Skolebollers (a sweet cardamom pastry topped with vanilla custard with coconut topping).
Not only does Ana's Norwegian Bakeri offer tasty treats, but guests can enjoy koselig time with fellow Norwegians during monthly meet-ups scheduled for the first Tuesday and third Saturday of each month at 10am. Speak the language while enjoying authentic recipes during this free community gathering.
