Vote NOW for the 2021 Kids' Book Choice Awards - No Adults Allowed!

Do your kids love to read? Launched in 2008 by the Children’s Book Council and Every Child a Reader, the Kids’ Book Choice Awards provide young readers with an opportunity to voice their opinions about the books being written for them.

Kids are encouraged to vote now (through November 14th) for their favorite books in a number of categories:

Age 3-8

  • Favorite Illustrated Character
  • Best Picture Book Duo (author/illustrator)
  • Favorite Picture Book page
  • Favorite Early Reader Series

Age 8-12

  • Best Graphic Novel
  • Favorite Author
  • Best Book of Facts

Age 12-18

  • Favorite Book Cover
  • Best Book Creator Digital Presence
  • Best True Story
  • Best Fantasy World Builder

Voting for Best Book of the Year is divided into three categories: 3rd-4th Grade, 5th-6th Grade, & Teen.
