We have five fun ways to celebrate International Fairy Day on June 24 — or anytime you long to enter the enchanting realm of fairies!
1. Dress up!
Wings, glitter, sparkles, and flowers... aren't fairies the most glamorous creatures?
Creating a simple fairy outfit can be a fun and imaginative activity. Visit your local craft store for decorative ribbons, sparkly face paint, and artificial flowers to make a wreath. You can buy a pair of wings or create your own using wire and sheer fabric.
2. Make a fairy house.
Legend has it that building a tiny house in your yard might attract a fairy or gnome. Create a little home for magical creatures using materials you can find in your own backyard.

3. Perform random acts of kindness.
Many people believe fairies are benevolent beings who reward acts of kindness. Today is the perfect day to embrace this idea by spreading joy and positivity in your community by helping a neighbor, complimenting a friend or family member, or smiling warmly at a stranger.

5. Find magic in a book.
