While our 239 outpatient mental health providers are ready to provide clinical support, we also believe it is important to create a space where like-minded adults can connect with one another and share experiences.
Group therapy has been proven to be a powerful form of treatment.
Groups can:

Sharing your struggles and learning from peers can increase your confidence in yourself and your parenting skills.
AllHealth Network offers both skills-based and process groups. We provide groups in-person at one of our 12 outpatient locations, or online via telehealth.
