Stone Canyon transforms how kids experience summer break!
We believe kids are meant to play outside, and friendships are built around a campfire. We believe that s’mores are a food group, and students should step outside their comfort zones. We believe that adventure is waiting around every corner, and summer is a time when kids can grow into confident and daring individuals.
While recreational adventures are our specialty, we also aim to equip campers with the necessary skills to navigate their lives as compassionate, confident, and daring individuals! With our innovative LEAD Program, our campers will spend part of their day developing
Leadership Skills,
Empathy,
Attitude, and
Determination
to help them be a positive influence in their families and communities.
Stone Canyon Summer Day Camp (Ages 6-9)
Stone Canyon offers over 20 activities crafted and designed to get campers playing outside! Each day, campers will get an opportunity to explore our 99-acre property by hiking through the woods, examining critters in our creek, and getting up close and personal with nature.
Session Dates: July 1-3 and July 22-24
Times: Drop off from 8:00–8:20 AM | Pick up from 4:30–4:50 PM
Cost: $285 per three-day camp, with a deposit of $135
DCSD Transportation to and from camp will be available at no additional cost. The drop-off/pick-up location is at Douglas County High School in Castle Rock.
Stone Canyon Summer Overnight Camp (Ages 9-15)
As a camper at Stone Canyon Summer Camp, you’re in charge of your own camp experience! With over 30 different daily activities to choose from, you will find plenty of adventures and exploration to be had. Whether you’re looking to build on an existing skill or wish to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new, you'll find something to grab your interest.
Energetic and attentive staff, a wide variety of activities, and the potential for lifelong friendships await you when you arrive at our beautiful 99-acre location in the Rampart Range.
Session Dates: June 9-15, June 16-22, June 23-29, July 7-13, and July14-20
Cost: $1215 per week, with a deposit of $375
