Description
This event is specifically created for children with disabilities within our community. We are aiming at providing an accessible, gentle, and low-sensory Santa experience. Each family will have private time with Santa and Mrs. Claus
What will be provided?
- We'll do our best to accommodate for all sensory needs.
- This will not be a typical line-up style for Santa (you will choose a time slot on the linked website). There will be seating available.
- A socially distanced experience can be arranged for our medically fragile guests. Seating areas will be disinfected between guests.
- Wilmot Elementary School’s social worker will be onsite to be available as a family liaison; an extra set of hands for families with siblings, if needed. We want families to feel supported as they enjoy visiting with Santa.
- There will be a photographer on-site (no flash photography).
- Refreshments will be separate from the main room to accommodate children with allergies.
- If you want to inquire about specific accommodations for your child or have questions, please contact me through the event page.
- Event runs from 2:00PM - 5:30PM.
The cost associated with your reserved family time slot is $25 (included is a private visit with Santa & Mrs. Claus, a professional photo, refreshments, and crafts). 100% of funds received for the private time slots and other donations will be used for costs associated with this annual event.
